Anne Smith Petersen is the CEO of the Capital 4 Impact Foundation (C4IF), where she spearheads initiatives that design and mobilise capital for social impact investment. She brings extensive international experience from PlanBørneFonden (PBF), where she serves as CPO and oversees strategy and fundraising, operations, and partnerships, driving programmes that empower children and young people globally. She has grown the programme portfolio in PlanBørnefonden from less than 10 million DKK to 1.3 billion DKK. Anne has also worked for the European Commission as a Programme Director and Advisor in Lithuania and the Balkans managing a portfolio of 150 million Euros, and has many years of experience in management consulting. Beyond her executive role, Anne contributes her expertise as a sounding board member at the new Innovation Centre Denmark for Africa and on the Sustainability Advisory Board of Impact Fund Denmark.

Anders is Senior Investment Partner with more than 20 years of experience in venture capital, impact investing, and leadership roles in digital businesses. He has served five years on investment committees and brings extensive board experience from more than 10 tech companies in the Nordics. Previously, Anders was Investment Director at PreSeed Ventures and Partner at Den Sociale Kapitalfond. He has also co-founded two startups and held senior roles in more mature companies. Anders holds a MSc in Business Administration and Philosophy from Copenhagen Business School.

Diana Scalise is an economist specialised in structuring financial instruments that mobilise capital towards underserved markets. She played a key role in the establishment of the Capital 4 Impact Foundation and currently leads the Foundation’s investment strategy, oversees portfolio development, and drives the impact measurement framework. Prior to joining Capital 4 Impact, Diana led the Women Leaders programme at the Development Bank of Argentina. She also designed and managed the bank’s financial education platform, “BICE Community,” strengthening financial inclusion. Diana holds a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Cand. Polit (Econ), 1990. 35 years of financial sector and investment experience with leading positions in equity research/sales (Nordea Cph./London), Corporate Finance (Carnegie), Private Equity (3i) and Alternative Investment Fund Management (co-founder and CEO, Alternative Equity Partners). Significant non-exec Board experience (Vice-chair and member) since 2007 in public and privately owned Danish and Swedish companies.

Focusing on new business models that drive positive impact, Pia has conceptualised and led the execution of commercially sound energy, water, climate and waste projects in primarily Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Pia has lived on three continents and holds a MS in political science from Denmark and a MS in finance from the USA.

Michael is the Founder of Three Thousand Capital, a private investment firm with 30 direct investments and exits since 2011. With a focus on strategy, growth and commercial excellence, Michael holds governance positions globally as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Trustee, Governor, and Chairman. Over the past 17 years Michael has held a number of senior roles, most recently as Group Chief Commercial Officer in a London-listed FTSE100 company. Michael holds an MBA from Kellogg-HKUST, Board Governance (INED) certification from INSEAD, and has completed postgraduate programmes at Harvard Business School and HEC Paris.

Lise has more than two decades of executive-level experience within challenging markets and industries. Today, Lise works as a management consultant developing business strategies to utilise the organisation’s core strengths, often fulfilled by transformative digital solutions. Lise holds a Master of Science in International Business and Strategy from Copenhagen Business School including University of Ottawa.

Jacob is partner at Kromann Reumert, one of the leading law firms in Denmark, where he specialises in company and foundation law, corporate transactions, M&A and private equity. He has been involved in some of the most prominent and complex deals in the Nordic region. Jacob also holds several board positions in Danish foundations and companies. He has been practising law since 2008 and became a partner at Kromann Reumert in 2020.

Bo is an insider when it comes to Impact Investments, which started with being the Danish director for Impact Invest Scandinavia and later he became Nordic Investment Director in the Bambwa Group. Today, Bo is the chairman of impact platform Sustainary and works with Venture Capital for Blackwood Ventures. He holds a CEMS, MBA education from CBS and the University of St. Gallen.

Charlote brings a wealth of leadership experience from executive boards and as the former CEO of FSR – Danish Auditors. Her expertse lies in navigatng the intersecton of politcal and commercial landscapes, emphasizing relatonship building, dialogue, and tangible results. With a background in the politcal system from Christansborg and Slotsholmen, Charlote has a unique perspectve. Her professional journey includes extensive work on major societal agendas, partcularly in the realm of sustainability, focusing on climate acton, NetZero initatves, and the regulaton, reportng, and verificaton of ESG data. Currently, Charlote holds a pivotal role as one of the leading partners at the CIP Foundaton, where her strategic vision and commitment to impactful change contribute significantly to the organizaton’s mission.
